8 hours of Private Hypnobirthing
Personalised sessions for you and your birth partner, usually delivered over four 2-hour sessions, in-person at your home.
Newborn Care Workshops
Practical preparation for those first weeks with your baby, so you feel more confident with the everyday realities of newborn care. Delivered as two 1.5 hour interactive online group workshops.
